Hands On Volunteer Vacations (HOVV) is a flagship program of Hands On Manila that aims to provide tourists with flexible volunteering and traveling opportunities in the Philippines.

HOVV is a project that will enable foreign volunteers, Filipinos living abroad or local volunteers to do service projects in local communities as part of their vacation itinerary. HOVV will provide opportunities for individuals to devote a period of their vacation to community service.

This service-learning travel experience will hopefully encourage an aspiration amongst the volunteers and their beneficiaries. HOVV will likewise be a vehicle for greater understanding and cooperation amongst various cultures and background.

HOVV is different from conventional adventure travel and cultural immersion tours in one very important way: HOVV places equal emphasis on both the service and the learning components of the volunteer experience.
