Founded in 1986, Kaibigan Ermita Outreach Foundation is an independent, non- government organization devoted to providing care and ensuring the well-being of street children and urban poor in different districts of Manila. Fully registered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, KEOF works with marginalized communities in Manila and in the outskirts of Makati.
